Interstate -             As above plus accommodation & airfares

** 10% Surcharge for Public Holidays

***Quoted Location fee is per Stylist: A minimum of 4 Bookings required for On Location service... otherwise a $50.00 Location Fee applies (per half hour return Travel & depending on kms travelled) Country travel POA

****Hotel Parking fee: $25.00 (plus Location fee travel time)

*****Sue Barnes Studio does not accept Credit Cards or Cheques.


CANCELLATION POLICY -
**All cancellations must be made in writing by THE CLIENT only to SUE BARNES STUDIO

**In the event a Deposit is paid to lock in a Wedding date, if THE CLIENT'S Trial is not booked in and paid for or the Trial is cancelled, the Deposit becomes non-refundable

**In the event a Deposit is paid to lock in a Wedding date, the Deposit has a 48 hour cool off period after THE CLIENT'S Trial, after which, the Deposit is non-refundable. A change of mind by THE CLIENT must be made in writing  by the CLIENT ONLY to SUE BARNES STUDIO, within the 48 hour cool off period, for a refund of the Deposit.

**In the event that THE CLIENT cancels the services of SUE BARNES STUDIO for wedding hair and makeup, 6 weeks or more, prior to the wedding ceremony taking place, all Deposits will be forfeited (ie after the 48 hour cool off period). Sue Barnes Studio agrees to refund any additional paid money except for Trials, Product orders or any other Client related Expenditures for which receipts will be provided to THE CLIENT.

  **In the event that THE CLIENT cancels the services for wedding hair and makeup, 6 weeks or less prior to the wedding ceremony taking place, the deposit will be forfeited and a 35% of Balance Cancellation Fee will be paid by THE CLIENT to SUE BARNES STUDIO. THE CLIENT is also responsible for payment of all product ordered and will receive such product before the wedding ceremony takes place.

**In the event of any cancelled or changed bookings within the wedding hair and makeup package, THE CLIENT is responsible for the total sum payment of  the wedding hair and makeup package to SUE BARNES STUDIO, unless the cancellation or changes are made in writing and agreed to by both parties, 21 DAYS before the wedding ceremony takes place.

** With Cancellation of Booking within 6 weeks of Wedding Date, all 
PRODUCT / EXTRAS ordered must be paid for in full.
 
  **PREPARATION / STYLING TIME / ADDITIONS: The hair and makeup schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of THE CLIENT in a manner enjoyed by all parties involved. THE CLIENT and SUE BARNES STUDIO agree that positive cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential. Styling will commence at the scheduled time and finish before the Photographer starts shooting.. Should the Photographer start late due to any reason whatsoever, SUE BARNES STUDIO will not be held liable for any photographs not taken.

***Extra hair and makeup bookings made on the wedding day will be agreed to upon the discretion of the Stylist depending on factors such as time frames, agreement to extra costs outside paid package etc.
